As far as weaknesses go, there really aren't any physically. It would simply be a matter of who can gain the upper hand in a fight. However, while I have no issues with you combating him, but I will not allow you to take his life.

How many people has he maimed, Mr. Boss? How many people has he killed? How many people has he cut into pieces while you simply ignored him?

After witnessing countless deaths, you grow immune to it.

If we were in our home world, I could give you an exact number. I find it interesting, though, how you are highly concerned over those whose lives he has ended early, but have zero issue with ending his. Highly hypocritical, in my opinion.
