[ If Grell had expected William to be oblivious to her activities, she was sorely mistaken. He'd come from his office multiple times that day, looking to have a word with her about proper office behaviour, timely submission of forms, and the coffee carafe from the break room, that she'd happily emptied but failed to refill. Each time, he'd been met with an empty desk, even though he'd seen her minutes before. And when questioned, Knox just brushed him off like it was no big deal - he'd finished his own work for the day and wasn't staying overtime, big plans for the evening and all that.
So, the next time William caught a glance of bright red slinking past the frosted windows of his office, he made an executive decision - quickly teleporting himself in the doorway of the office, appearing just before she attempted to leave... ]
And where are you sneaking off to this time?

[ Ah this flirtatious bickering is almost comforting, in the moment. Especially after the past few days being filled with packing and bonding over their new baby. ]
I had to think of something quickly and those were the first names to come to mind. What would you have me called, then? Or yourself?
no subject
[ At least she's given him fair warning, right?
Thankfully for William, his question pauses her advances for the moment, and instead, her eyes are drifting off toward the ceiling. ]
I rather like the name Glen for you. What do you think? [ Though, her thoughts stream onward. ] As for a last name... Page? Talbot? Valentine, perhaps? Hm.
no subject
[ That just sounds way too 'Grell' for his tastes. ]
Glen is fine, I suppose. But I would still expect you to use William when we're alone.
no subject
Oh, but you'd sound so dashing, Glen Valentine! [ With an excited gasp, she grasps his hands! ] Rosalind Valentine-- so cute♥~
no subject
Calm down, you're going to wake her.

Go and get ready for bed. You're exhausting me, already.
no subject
You're right. We ought to take advantage while she's resting...
[ Fine. FINE. With much sass to her step, she swivels to go around him, so she may begin undressing. Lucky for him, it's just the waistcoat, for now! ]

By the time he's finished, Grell will be be seated at the vanity, brushing through her hair while she watched Rosalind in its reflection. All of her cosmetics have been set out to her liking and she appears to be very pleased with it! ]
no subject
Is all of that really necessary?
[ He asks, peering at the products littering the counter. ]
no subject
Absolutely. It's how I've kept myself from looking like an outright monster this past week.
[ Closing her eyes, she runs her free hand down along the side of her neck, and along her bare shoulder! ]
And it keeps my skin so soft.
no subject
And how much does these beauty items cost you?
no subject
Ah... Enough that I know they're to be enjoyed while I still have them. [ She admits with a defeated sigh. ] The things we do for love...
no subject
I highly doubt you need much of this, anyway. I'm certain you'll manage.
no subject
Well, I suppose we'll see!
[ With a gentle clearing of the throat, she twirls her hair up into a top bun. ]
Now then, it's my turn at the sink!
[ She will need to wash her face and squeeze in a discreet shave before she gets to that skin care routine of hers. ]
no subject
[ From the amount that was spread out across the vanity, he's certain she'll be in there quite some time. May as well let her know he'll probably have fallen asleep by then. ]
no subject
[ Standing to face him, amusement plucks at her lips. ]
You say that as though you wanted something of me. Would you prefer to keep me company?
no subject
[ He looks down to where Rosalind is snoozing on the mattress. He's quite tired, himself. ]
Are you going to be long? I will stay up with you if the answer is 'no'.
no subject
Trust me, taking makeup off doesn't nearly take as long as it does to put on.
[ Picking up a small cosmetics bag and a few choice items, she takes William's hand to lead him to the vanity's seat. ]
Five minutes, at most.
no subject
You are not sitting in my lap.
no subject
Well, I thought you might like to get comfortable while I excuse myself to wash my face in the lavatory. Would you care to join me, instead?
no subject
I will stay here. Go and get on with it, then.
no subject
[ Affectionately dashing her fingers through his damp hair, she makes her way for the bathroom! As promised, she isn't long. Washing her face is an easy affair, and dashing a thin razor over her skin as a precautionary measure doesn't take much more.
By the time she's emerged, she's rubbing a hand over her freshly cleansed skin with a satisfied sigh. Leaning over beside William, she swaps out her cosmetics bag for her nightly skincare routine. First up, a rose water, which she delicately pats over her face. ]
Here, let me have your hand. You can try some!

I already washed up for the evening.
